Twelve threaded ground nails of 20 cm with a diameter of about 7 mm, each with a T-shaped non-slip plastic handle, supplied with a carry bag. The listing states the thread helps the peg enter the ground, that the peg can be pressed in and pulled out one-handed without a tool, and that it suits grass, sand, woodland and hard ground.

Two steels, one product

The title says galvanised. The first bullet says stainless.

Those are different materials. Galvanised steel is carbon steel under a zinc coating that wears at the tip first; stainless resists rust through its own composition. A buyer choosing on corrosion has been given two answers, and neither is qualified with a grade.

The handle is the design

Every other screw peg in this hub needs a bit, a socket or a key. This one needs a hand. The listing states insertion and removal both work one-handed, and that is the whole argument for the T-shape.
