How long does 20 litres last?

The listing does not say, and without a flow rate or a shut-off there is nothing to work it out from. What can be said is that a full bag is heavy: water is about a kilogramme per litre, so whatever the bag itself weighs, the hanging point has to take 20 kg of water on top of it.

Does the sun heat it enough?

The maker states that the black bag uses solar energy to warm the water and needs no electricity, and publishes neither a temperature nor a heating time. Two other bags in this hub publish both. This one publishes neither, so there is no figure to plan an evening around.
