What this listing puts on record
A one litre bottle in Tritan copolyester, stated BPA-free and food-safe, with a wide opening of about 5.6 cm in diameter and an integrated strainer that keeps pulp and ice out of the drinking spout. Stated suitable for carbonated drinks. A fully enclosing silicone seal described as a full-face improvement on seals that loosen with use. Time markings for tracking intake. Three ways to carry it: a loop, a clip for a rucksack and a detachable strap. A gift box and a cleaning brush. Hand washing only, to protect the outer finish. The maker also states the bottle is sold in 650 ml and 1000 ml sizes, and that the printed manual describes a previous model.
The mouth is measured, which is the rare part
About 5.6 cm. Only two of the seven bottles in this hub publish a mouth diameter at all, and this is the larger of the two. It is the figure that decides what goes in — ice, fruit, a tea bag, a brush — and it is the figure most listings replace with the word wide.
What it does not decide is what screws on, because that needs a thread standard and this listing gives none. No bottle in this hub does.
A seal described, a closure unnamed
The listing spends a whole bullet on the silicone: fully enclosing, full-face, and explicitly set against seals that slip after repeated use. Then it never says whether the lid screws, flips or takes a straw.
That is an odd gap on a bottle this carefully described elsewhere, and it is left standing here rather than guessed at from the photograph.
Carrying, three ways
A loop for the hand, a clip for a rucksack, and a strap that detaches so it is not soaked when the bottle is washed. The last of those is a small piece of thinking that most listings do not bother to publish, and it is the sort of detail that survives a season of use.
The manual disclaims itself
The maker states that the printed manual belongs to a previous model and that the description on the page is what governs. Publishing that is more honest than leaving a wrong leaflet in the box, and it means the specification you are reading is the one to trust.
Before ordering
If the mouth is why you are buying, 5.6 cm is the published figure and it is the maker’s. If you were hoping to screw a filter onto it, that question is not answered anywhere on the listing.
