The listing does not say, in any unit, anywhere. Stepless dimming means the lamp has no fixed levels to quote, which is a fair reason for having no table of modes — but it is not a reason for having no maximum figure and no runtime.
The maker says it copes with damp environments and stops there. Four rechargeable lamps in this hub publish IPX4 and one publishes two different ratings; two others, like this one, claim water resistance with no code at all. There is nothing to check this claim against.
