The bottom line The best thickness-to-weight ratio among the pump-inflated mats here, on the same 40D fabric as most of them. What it does not tell you is how small it packs or how warm it is.

Yes. A mat divided into small chambers moves less air when you turn over than one long tube does, which is why the structure is worth naming. It does not by itself add warmth — for that the chambers need insulation inside them, and none is claimed here.
As a rough guide it is fine; as a specification it is nothing. Bottles come in every size, and a mat that packs to 33 × 14 cm and one that packs to 26 × 15 cm are both described that way. Two of the mats in this group publish actual figures, and this one does not.
