A portable camping chair with a four-can cooler, a cushioned seat and back, side
pockets, a cup holder and a carry bag.
Coleman states a built-in four-can cooler in the armrest; a mesh cup holder; a
fully cushioned seat and back; side pockets; a strong steel frame; adjustable arm
heights; a roomy 24-inch seat; a sitting height of 18.1 inches; support up to
325 lbs; and a carry bag included.
No denier. No tube diameter. No foot design. No packed length.
Three hundred and twenty-five pounds, on the heaviest chair here
The inversion this group publishes without naming it.
Coleman: about 8.3 pounds of chair, rated 325. MOON LENCE: 2.7 pounds, rated 330.
Canpsky: 4.4 pounds, rated 400.
The heaviest chair carries the least, and the lightest carries more. The
introduction above opens on exactly that — the packed weight everyone shops on is
not the number that decides a chair — and the three listings here make the point
between them.
What the weight buys on this one is a steel quad frame, a cooler and two layers
of cushion. That is comfort, not capacity.
Eighteen point one inches
Dining height, published.
This shelf’s introduction measures seat height from the ground to the front edge of
the seat, and sets out the trade: a low chair packs small and sits you in the
smoke with your knees above your hips; a dining-height chair weighs more, works
at a table, and lets you stand up without using your hands.
Forty-six centimeters is the second of those. Two of the three chairs here
publish the figure; the third publishes three open dimensions and none of them is
the seat.
The armrest that holds four cans
And the weight that comes with it.
A cooler in an armrest is mass carried whether it is full or not, and it rules
out a stuff sack. On a chair that already weighs 8.3 pounds and travels in a
boot, that is a smaller change than it would be on a backpacking chair.
The adjustable arm heights are the other thing nothing else here has.
Cushioned, not denier
The cloth, undescribed.
This shelf’s introduction names 600D and 1000D polyester as the grades this
catalog is built from, and says the higher figure resists the grit and gravel
that eventually cut a seat.
“Fully cushioned” is about the feel. The two other chairs in this group publish
900D and 600D.
Coleman’s instructions carry the assembly and the load rating. Nothing here
replaces them, and nothing on this page describes any product as safe.
