A rigid passive cooler stated at 22 liters (23 quarts), measuring 10.8 × 17.5 × 15.1 in (27.5 × 44.5 × 38.3 cm) in the details table, in food-safe BPA-free PU/PP, with four 15 oz (450 ml) ice packs built into the lid and a stated 40 hours cold or 18 hours warm. The same table gives an empty weight of 2.4 lb (1,100 g).
40 hours is the highest cooling figure published by a European listing in this hub; two American listings on the shelf claim 48. The listing does something the rest do not: it says what the figure rests on — the four integrated ice packs, frozen and fitted in the lid.
That is not the same as stating conditions. There is still no fill ratio and no ambient temperature. But an attributed claim beats an unattributed one, and this is the only one here that names its cold source.
The practical point is space. Cooling from above, with the packs out of the load area, leaves 22 liters for food rather than 22 liters minus the ice. It also means the cooling stops when the packs thaw, which is what a passive box is.
